Karim A. Msoffe

Karim A. Msoffe is a dedicated professional with a solid foundation in mechanics and maritime operations. After completing his secondary education in Tanzania, he pursued Mechanical studies at Arusha Technical College for two years. Following his studies, Karim gained valuable hands-on experience working as a Seaman Level 3 for four years, serving as a Number 2 Assistant in Engine Room Maintenance/Oiler aboard the Kionmani vessel operating in Madagascar. Driven by a passion for community development, Karim founded his own youth organization, Youth Against Hunger and Poverty, established in 2011. In 2017, Karim founded KarMax Global Company Limited, a company now focused on exportation of agricultural and mineral products business.

Christopher John

With a career spanning more than two decades and four countries, Christopher John brings a wealth of global experience to his role as Executive Director. His expertise is rooted in managing the complete operations of multinational group companies, with a strong focus on financial management, system analysis, and general administration. Throughout his career, Christopher has held key leadership positions in diverse industries, including General Manager for a leading property development group in Kenya and Finance Manager for one of Tanzania's largest fish exporters. His core responsibilities have consistently included full financial control, management of legal and tax matters, and computerization of company-wide operations.

Mzee Shabani Mwinyi

Mzee Shabani Mwinyi is a skilled communications and sales professional holding a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from the Muslim University of Morogoro. He possesses practical experience in the social security sector, having served as a Sales Officer (Toll) for the National Social Security Fund (NSSF). Mzee Shabani is fully bilingual in English and Kiswahili, highly proficient in core Microsoft Office applications, and actively engaged in community and social activities.

Currently serving as a General Advisor in International Trade, he plays an active role in global commerce, focusing on vital commodities such as gold, sugar, wheat, and oils. His work also extends to renewable energy projects in Africa and the GCC. He manages extensive almond and olive orchards covering more than 500 hectares in Portugal and Morocco, and is the Owner & CEO of Prince Tahina Manufacture, a leading player in the global tahini industry.

Based in Dodoma, he specializes in managing complex fiscal transactions, implementing modern accounting software, and driving financial transparency. Mussa is highly skilled in team leadership, rigorous budget optimization, and generating comprehensive financial models to support strategic corporate planning.

Manmadhan Padickal is a seasoned Tech-Sales and Marketing executive with 30 years of global experience in technical support, product development, and onsite assistance. He has held high-level leadership roles, including Director Technical and Vice President, managing operations and driving large-scale private and government business sectors across India and the Middle East. A graduate in Mathematics from Delhi University, Manmadhan specializes in construction chemicals, waterproofing segments, and industrial flooring systems.
